Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services in Lawrenceville, GA. You will deliver one-to-one therapy, follow protocols, and collect data to support client progress in a compassionate, team-driven environment.

The role requires at least 3 months of RBT experience, a valid RBT Certification Number, and a current driver’s license for client transportation. Commute to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience as an RBT.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on client behavior.
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during behavioral assessment and materials preparation.
• Seek consultation from supervisor to ensure effective treatment.

About the role

Lawrenceville, 30045, GA (Monday to Friday 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM)

Sessions: In-home

Salary: $25-30 per hour

Must have reliable transportation.

The job duties RBTs perform every day include:

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
• Collecting and recording data based on the client’s behavior
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number

• Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.
