We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. Patience, compassion, and teamwork skills are essential. Comprehensive training will be provided, even if you lack prior experience. The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.

Pay Rate

• This role starts between $16 - $23 per hour, increasing based on experience, certification level, and education.

Requirements

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and teamwork skills.
• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test (if not done in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Physical ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Obtain RBT Certification after onboarding.
