Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking energetic ABA RBTs to join our pediatric team in the Raleigh area. You will follow treatment plans written by supervising BCBA, record data in CentralReach, and complete session documentation.

We offer a full-time caseload with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, disability, HSAs, 401K, mileage reimbursement, and paid holidays. Travel between client sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software.
• Flexible and able to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize CentralReach to record, collect, and maintain clinical data.
• Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion.
• Collaborate with BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders.
• Communicate relevant information from sessions to the BCBA.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.

• Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion
• Collaborate with your BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under the direction of a supervisor
• Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
• Provides services in the home, clinic,and community settings

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Professional demeanor and a positive “can-do” attitude
• Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
