Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism in Charlotte, NC. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help teach social, daily living, and communication skills.

Responsibilities include recording data in Central Reach, documenting sessions, and collaborating with families and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.

• Utilize the Central Reach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data.
• Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion.
• Collaborate with your BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under the direction of a supervisor.
• Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA.
• Provides services in the home, clinic, and community settings.

Part Time Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Health Technician need in Charlotte, NC to begin ASAP!

Do you love helping children learn and succeed?Already Autism Health is seeking (Behavior Therapists or) Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism! RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. RBTs work under the close supervision of aBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Compensation

• Biweekly direct deposit

We are hiring RBTs available for a Monday thru Friday schedule! Two positions are 2pm - 5pm and 4:30pm - 7pm in an in home setting, and one position is clinic based between the hours of 3:30pm - 6:30pm.

***All non-registered technicians are required to obtain their RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within 60 days of hire.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative and not all-inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand and use their hands and fingers. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.

Working Environment:

Travel is required between client homes, clinic,and community locations. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.
