Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide direct ABA therapy for assigned clients under supervision from a BCBA. You will collect behavior data, maintain accurate documentation, and support families throughout the treatment process.

You will participate in regular supervision, receive certification reimbursement, and benefit from flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Experience supporting children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client data and complete documentation on time.
• Engage with families and BCBAs to support progress.
