Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our play-based ABA team. You will deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and collaborate with families to support each child’s progress.

Open availability Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm, with clinic-needed scheduling. We value a warm, collaborative approach and strong communication to build trust with families and support children’s development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
