Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full‑time work in Woodbridge, VA. The role requires an active RBT certification, at least 6 months of relevant experience, and the ability to cover mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACBboard.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
