Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Vienna, VA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy with supervision by a BCBA. Required availability includes Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–7:00 PM and some Saturdays; starting pay is $24.60/hour with bonuses for referrals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB board.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
