Job summary

Arrow Behavioral Associates in Monroe, CT is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person ABA therapy. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–12:30pm, under supervision of a BCBA to support skill development, communication, and independence.

You will collect session data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families in a structured environment. RBT certification and CPR are required, HIPAA awareness essential.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification is required.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
