Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team serving children and supporting their families. This role follows BCBA guidance, focuses on session preparation, data collection, and compliant, ethical care.

We offer pay of $20–$25 per hour, free RBT exam fee, free CEUs, referral bonuses, paid training, and a supportive clinical and administrative team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or obtained.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with children in professional or volunteer settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and communicate progress to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers and adhere to BACB standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
