The Treetop (By Discovery ABA) in Seagrove, NC seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and clinic ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.

Position Overview

As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.

• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies

QualificationsRequired

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities

Preferred

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
