Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Pinehurst, NC is looking for compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home and clinic settings. You'll work under the supervision of a BCBA and focus on enhancing children's communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).

Position Overview

As an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our Pinehurst clinic, you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings

• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies

Qualifications

Required

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities

Preferred

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
