Job summary

The Treetop ABA is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home ABA therapy in Charlotte, NC. Offering competitive pay ranging from $20 to $30 per hour, this role supports children in developing essential skills through personalized therapy.

Ideal candidates will hold an RBT certification or have completed the necessary training and have a compassionate approach to working with children. The position also provides extensive training and advancement opportunities within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of a 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In‑Home ABA Therapy

Position Overview

As an In‑Home or Clinic RBT, you will work one‑on‑one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role focuses on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.
