The Treetop offers Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles for in-home or clinic ABA therapy across North Carolina. You will work one-on-one with children under supervision, focusing on communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills in familiar settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
