Already Autism Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings across Columbia, SC. You will be supervised by a BCBA to implement strategies and record data, helping children learn social, daily living, and communication skills.

Compensation starts at $18/hour with benefits for full-time roles and opportunities for supervisory support and practicum supervision.

Qualificações

• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Professional demeanor and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly based on circumstances.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client session locations.
• Professional and dependable.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the individualized treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize the CentralReach system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data.
• Complete session documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion.
• Collaborate with the BCBA, client families, and other stakeholders under supervision.
• Communicate relevant information from sessions to the BCBA.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.

RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. RBTs work under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Compensation and Job Details:

• Pay starts at $18 per hour, with rates adjusted based on experience and work setting

Physical Demands:
