Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism in the Rincon, GA area. You will implement the treatment plan under a BCBA, record data in CentralReach, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Positions are part-time with pay rates based on experience and setting; biweekly pay and benefits for full-time roles, along with supervision and opportunities to travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
• Professional and dependable; able to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Follow the treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA.
• Record and maintain clinical data in CentralReach.
• Complete session documentation thoroughly and promptly.
• Manage challenging behaviors with professionalism and compassion.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and other stakeholders under supervision.
• Communicate relevant session information to the BCBA.
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community settings.

Do you love helping children learn and succeed? Already Autism Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism! RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. RBTs work under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBA
• Utilize the CentralReach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical data
• Completes session documentation in a thorough and timely manner
• Manage challenging behavior professionally and with compassion
• Collaborate with your BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under the direction of a supervisor
• Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
• Provides services in both the home, clinic, and community settings

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Professional demeanor and a positive “can-do” attitude
• Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility and able to adapt quickly based on circumstances

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative and not all-inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand and use their hands and fingers. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.

Travel is required between client homes, clinics, and community locations. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.
