Intellistars ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in their homes under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA plans, collect data on progress, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment across environments. RBT certification is required; new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans and strategies developed by BCBAs to promote positive behavior change.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and symptoms under supervision.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral plans across environments.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ABA principles, theories, and best practices.
