Job summary

Able Stars ABA LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and document progress for each session.

We value collaboration, professional development, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Training and RBT certification assistance are provided, with access to supervision and ongoing team support.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong observational, data collection, and communication skills.
• Able to use ABA software and Microsoft 365 on a personal device.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients at home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Complete timely, individualized session notes meeting standards.
• Communicate progress and challenges with your BCBA Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients at home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies designed by aBoard-CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and progress during each session.
• Completetimely, individualized session notes that meet company and payer standards.
• Communicate effectively with your BCBA Supervisorregardingclient progress and any challenges.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during therapy sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines, ethics, and all regulatory and funding source requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previousexperience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but notrequired.
• Strongobservational, data collection, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using ABA software and Microsoft 365 applications on a personal device (phone/tablet/laptop).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally.
• Able to perform the physical tasks of the role, includinglifting upto 35 lbs. and staying active with children throughout sessions.
