Step Forward ABA in Florida is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism through one-on-one ABA interventions. You'll implement and monitor behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA analysts, families, and care teams to promote meaningful progress.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, willingness to travel for in-home sessions, and RBT certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a National Criminal Background check.
• RBT Certification preferred; complete within 30 days of employment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel and work in-home settings.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring behavior plans and collecting data.
• Collaborate with BCBA analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for needs.
• Maintain accurate records and daily progress notes.
