Job summary

LIGHTHOUSE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LLC in Florida seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver family-centered ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and train caregivers across home and community settings.

Ideal candidates hold a valid RBT certification, a behavioral health-related degree, and Medicaid provider status in Florida. Prior work with children with developmental disabilities is preferred; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Bachelor's or Associate degree in a behavioral health or related field.
• Current RBT certification (Required).
• Florida Approved Medicaid Provider (Required).
• Previous work experience with children with behavioral or developmental disabilities.
• Additional certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA with individual clients, implementing interventions for skill acquisition and behavior reduction as directed by the BCBA
• Delivering ABA across multiple environments including home, school, and community
• Collecting electronic data both accurately and effectively as it relates to the program created by the BCBA
• Communicate effectively with supervising BCBA/BCaBA
• Implement parent training to support children and adolescents reach behavioral goals and increase quality of life.
