Job summary

Tellos is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and help them develop essential skills while collecting and data on progress.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech and Occupational Therapists, and participate in ongoing training while upholding confidentiality and BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• 6+ months experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain client confidentiality and BACB guidelines.
