Job summary

Therapy & Beyond in Texas seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for pediatric patients under BCBA supervision. This role supports communication, motor skills, and independence in a clinic setting.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, with hours 7:30am–6:30pm, and assist you through the RBT certification process. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Support through RBT certification process after hire.
• Full-time or Part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting.
• Track patient progress by data collection and documentation.
• Follow BIPs under BCBA supervision and communicate with families.
• Assist with daily living skills and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Provide behavioral support during speech or OT sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days.
