Job summary

Ability Builders in the United States is hiring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy in home and community settings. You will implement ABA programs to improve communication, self-help, social and play skills while working with children with Autism.

Competitive pay is $19–$23 per hour with a $100 monthly attendance bonus and a $400 sign-on bonus after 15 billable hours, with supervision available via telehealth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• RBT certification (Registered Behavioral Technician) required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Access to a working cell phone.
• Background check required.

The Behavior Technician position involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home-based and community-based settings. JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of a high school diploma.
• RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician)
• Previous experience working with children in the ABA Therapy field a MUST.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: spoken and written
• Possess a driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance for driving to clients.
• Have access to a working cell phone.
• Background check required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, pulling, bending, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Work may involve play with children that can occur on the floor, or settings where the furniture is child-size.
• Diligently attending to the safety of the patient and surroundings is required.
• Quick and sudden movements may be required.
• Sustained physical exertion may be required for up to 45 minutes.
