Job summary

Success On The Spectrum in Draper, UT is seeking playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time or part-time roles in our center. You will support kids with ABA programs, implement plans under supervision, and help create a positive, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as a RBT.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds and stay physically active.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work full-time or part-time in the center (Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:00 or 10:00–18:00).
• Directly implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Record client data in the software and write SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with the BCBA and quarterly trainings.
• Assist in providing a positive, engaging, play-based therapy environment.
• Perform cleaning duties and support routine center operations.

We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time or part-time employment. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun!

Most RBTs at SOS work full-time. Your pay is not affected by client cancellations.

SOS gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. SOS will increase your ABA knowledge through our weekly team training and quarterly in-service training days. SOS will pay for you to maintain your CPR certification as well as your QBS Safety Care Certification.

Staff members get a performance review every 6 months.

Position Overview

• Behavior Technicians have the opportunity to be promoted to Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or a Trainer.
• As a trainer, you will have first dibs to move up as an Office Manager at newly opening locations.
• We can also accommodate BCBA interns and provide supervision hours.

• Full hours Work In The center Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
• Part-Time Hours: Work in the center Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
• Client material creation and preparation.
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
• Record client data in the software.
• Convert appointments and write detailed SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with the BCBA.
• Attend Quarterly in-service pieces of training and team bonding activities.
• Cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician.
• No criminal background.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
