Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for home-based ABA services in Texas. You’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, implementing fun, structured therapy sessions and tracking progress to inform data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with experienced BCBAs to develop life-changing care plans and help families thrive in their own homes. We value caring, reliability, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; childcare/education experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients.
• Strong commitment to building meaningful progress for children with autism.

Responsibilities
