Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA supervision.

Travel locally may be required and a supportive team environment is provided. We offer mentor- ship, and a pathway from RBT to BCBA with advancement opportunities, plus benefits like holiday pay and a quarterly

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, or related fields is beneficial.
• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
