Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking qualified ABA staff members to provide behavioral interventions to clients in natural environments, with a focus on consistent data collection and collaboration with program staff.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
