Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic environments.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA to ensure effective progress. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are offered; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state identification card and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• RBT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Other duties as assigned.
