Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and support families under BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
