Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning.

Data collection and progress tracking are essential, with collaboration across families and clinical teams. This role offers part-time scheduling with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus mileage reimbursement for traveling

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
