Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles in Maryland. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, under a BCBA-designed ABA program, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities to grow.

This position offers flexible scheduling, travel locally, data collection duties, and a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy and working with children.
• Background in childcare, education, or psychology preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
