Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and help promote learning through positive reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
