Heartland ABA in Fort Collins, CO seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team delivering one-on-one ABA services to children with autism. You will implement skill-building plans and record data in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and positively impact children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• Part-time positions with a 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
