Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist for afternoon and evening cases in Essex County, MA. The role is part-time with schedules primarily Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings, typically 2:30 PM–8:00 PM, and occasional weekend opportunities.

You will provide direct ABA/behavioral support, follow treatment plans, implement activities, and document sessions while collaborating with families and the clinical team to maintain a safe and engaging environment.

Qualifications

• ABA experience or background is preferred.
• RBT certification/experience is a plus.
• Experience with behavioral health, special education, or childcare is beneficial.
• Ability to work with children and individuals with developmental needs.
• Reliable and consistent performance is essential.

Location: Essex County, MA
Schedule: Part-time, primarily Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings
Typical hours: Approximately 2:30 PM–8:00 PM

We are hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists for multiple afternoon and evening cases in Essex County, MA

Most available cases are Monday–Friday between approximately 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with schedules such as 3:00–6:00 PM, 3:30–6:30 PM, 3:30–7:30 PM, 4:00–7:00 PM, and 4:00–8:00 PM.

Some cases may have weekend opportunities.

Exact schedules vary by case.

Responsibilities
