Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist for afternoon and evening cases in Southeast Massachusetts, including Fall River. Part-time schedule with hours around 2:30 PM–8:00 PM and opportunities across multiple locations.

You will provide direct ABA support, follow treatment plans, and help clients build daily living and social skills while documenting sessions and communicating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent

• Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs
• Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction
• ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients
• Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance
• Implement activities and interventions as directed
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Complete required session documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
