Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services for children with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervisor, follow individualized treatment plans, and collect session data to track progress.

Responsibilities include delivering services in home, school, clinic, or community settings, maintaining accurate notes, collaborating with caregivers and staff, and adhering to ethical and privacy standards while traveling to cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.
