Job summary

Ability Builders Consulting Co. is urgently hiring behavior technicians to deliver direct behavioral services in client homes under supervision. The role involves data collection, running skill acquisition programs, and coordinating with supervising BCBA.

Requirements include 18+ years, high school diploma or GED, and RBT training with BACB status. Experience with children with special needs is preferred. Training and ongoing supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in paid roles working with children/adolescents with special needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• 40-hour RBT training completed and BACB exam passed with active status.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual sessions.
• Run skill acquisition programs using ABA methods.
• Complete weekly program recording and maintain the client’s Program Book.
• Complete daily paperwork including Daily Report and Parent Signature Log with accurate times.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCBA-A to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data as instructed by the BCBA.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Arrive on time and work scheduled hours or acceptable substitutes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the BCBA or agency administrator.
