Job summary

Tangram, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support BCBA supervision and implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans. You will collect data, run stimulus preference assessments when directed, and help families and clients in a respectful, data-driven way.

The role requires completion of 40 hours of ABA training, an active RBT credential, and strong data-collection skills. This is a full-time/part-time position in our Indianapolis area office with weekday schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and hold an active RBT credential.
• Experience with children/adolescents with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent data collection and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and implement programs under BCBA supervision.
• Communicate effectively with BCBA/BCaBA and families.
• Prepare documents and maintain client records with software.
• Perform assessments like stimulus preference assessments under supervision.
• Provide direct therapy and ensure safety during sessions.
• Follow guidance to support professional development.
