Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic and home settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.

Position Overview

As an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our Pinehurst clinic, you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.
