Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavioral strategies to teach social, daily living, and communication skills in home, clinic, or community settings.

Responsibilities include recording data, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with families and the supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Flexible and able to travel to client locations.

RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. RBTs work under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Qualifications

Physical Demands

Working Environment

Travel is required between client homes, clinic, and community locations. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.
