HANDS Centerfor Autism, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings. You will implement plans developed by a BCBA, collect data, and help ensure client safety and progress.
The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma (higher degrees preferred), and 1 year of experience with individuals with special needs. RBT certification is highly preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

At HANDS, our Behavior Technicians (BT’s) are professionals who have completed a minimum of a 40-hour intensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). All BT’s are continually supervised by an agency BCBA on a weekly basis and engage in behavior analytic professional development activities. BT’s are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA. The BT may also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments (e.g., stimulus preference assessments) under the supervision of a BCBA.
