Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA interventions in home and center settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and participate in ongoing staff training while communicating regularly with supervisors.
Responsibilities include data collection, maintaining client progress notes, and ensuring sessions run smoothly within weekday/weekend hours, primarily afternoon to early evening. A BA in a related field supports candidacy.

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
Regular communication with supervisory staff
Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
Weekday and weekend availability
Collect therapy session data
Availability to work between 12PM - 7PM

Daylight working hours
This is a center-based position with availability needed Monday through Saturday. The schedule will vary based on client needs, with the greatest need during afternoon and early evening hours.
Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM
Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM–7:00 PM
Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
Additional weekday shifts may be available between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday availability may include shifts between 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Some Saturday shifts may be 10:00 AM–2:00 PM or 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Candidates with consistent weekday afternoon availability, particularly between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, are strongly encouraged to apply.
1 year minimum of ABA experience
BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
