Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized intervention plans and collecting session data while maintaining strong communication with the supervising BCBA.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of ABA experience and hold a BA in a related field or be pursuing relevant education.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Ability to work in-home with children and follow supervision by a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
