Job summary

Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is seeking full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder across multiple programs and settings in North Phoenix, Mesa, and Central Phoenix. This role offers guaranteed hours, hands-on experience, and a purpose-driven career.

As part of Southwest Behavioral & Health Services, you will work under supervision to implement ABA-based plans and help clients build independence and life skills in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience.
• Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance.
• fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligibility to receive upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans under supervision.
• Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions.

Flexible Work Settings

What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA, using ABA and evidence-based practices to help individuals build independence and life skills. You will:

What We’re Looking For

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience
• Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance
• Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive upon hire.
