Job summary

Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder across multiple programs and settings in Phoenix. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized behavior plans, support communication, daily living and social skills, and lead one-on-one or group sessions.

Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder of all ages across multiple programs and settings located in North Phoenix, Mesa, and Central Phoenix. What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA, using ABA and evidence‑based practices to help individuals build independence and life skills. You will:

  • Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans
  • Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills
  • Facilitate one‑on‑one and group sessions
  • Participate in community outings
  • Collect data and collaborate with the clinical team
What We’re Looking For
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience
  • Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance
  • Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
