Job summary

Bxfluency is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Behavioral Fluency and BX HQ clinics in Henderson, NV. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, facilitate group sessions, and support life skills and vocational instruction under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data collection, and building social connections for children and young adults, with on-site work opportunities and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (BACB and NV registry).
• Experience working with children, teens, or young adults.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of ABA principles and data collection.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Facilitate group sessions.
• Support vocational and life skill instruction.
• Help clients build meaningful social connections.
