Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum in a caring, in-person setting. We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs alike, offering comprehensive training and growth opportunities in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with a pursuit of energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
• Excellent references

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions

• Teach self-help skills
• Document session outcomes
• Provide behavior support within group settings

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.
