Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Mooresboro, NC is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Both full-time and part-time in-person roles are available with training and growth opportunities.

Requirements include a 40-hour RBT training, ABA experience preferred, excellent references, and RBT certification preferred (we can help you obtain it). Pay is $23–$27 per hour with a 6‑month salary review, a $250 bonus after 60 days and 300

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.
