Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Minnesota is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with positive reinforcement to help children develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs, offering both full-time and part-time roles with comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and competitive hourly pay of $23.00–$27.00.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions
• Teach play skills and social skills
• Teach self-help skills
• Document session outcomes
• Provide behavior support within group settings

Education

Completed 40 hour RBT training course

RBT certification preferred

Previous ABA experience preferred

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
