Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Minnesota is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum. We provide comprehensive training and growth opportunities in a supportive, child-centered environment.

We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs, with full- and part-time roles available. A 40-hour RBT training is preferred, and we assist in attaining RBT status as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.
• Excellent references.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
